Prof. Shashi Prabha acted as a resource person for 242 teachers in an online session on “Developing Scientific
Temper at PGT Level” on 21 September, 2021 organised in a five-day webinar from 20-24 September, 2021
by Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), Shankar Vihar, New Delhi.
Dr. Nidhi Singh participated in a three-day online workshop on “Application of Remote Sensing and GIS
in the Earth Observation and Geoscience Studies” from 2-4 September, 2021 organized by Department
of General & Applied Geography, School of Applied Sciences, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar,
Madhya Pradesh.

A workshop for Development of National Curriculum Frameworks (NCFs) as part of follow-up action for
implementation of NEP-2020 vision was organised by NCERT on 15 September, 2021.
Hindi Diwas was celebrated in CIET on 14 September, 2021. On this date Hindi was declared as the official
language of India in the year 1949.
The 61 Foundation Day of NCERT was celebrated on 1 September, 2021. Sh. Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble

A Virtual Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between NCERT under Ministry of Education,
India and Graduate Institute of Science Education (GISE), National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU),
Taiwan was carried on 26 August, 2021. This MoU will help to promote institutional collaboration in the
field of science education.
