There is a feedback mechanism through emails for all the 12 channels and from July- September, 2021
and 143 queries were received through email during this quarter.

Viewership of 12 PM eVIDYA Channels

The viewers of PM eVIDYA Channels are also on JIO TV Mobile app and the viewers as per JIO TV till
September 2021 were 29,66,042. The Total number of viewers on NCERT Official YouTube Channel was
7,01,68,757.

On completion of 01 year of 12 DTH TV Channels under PM eVidya program, CET, NCERT organised a
webinar on 1st September, 2021 on “Media and Learning: Challenges and Opportunities”. Dr. Sanjaya
Mishra, Education Specialist in eLearning, Commonwealth of Learning (COL), Canada and Prof. Amarendra
P. Behera, Joint Director, CIET-NCERT spoke on the occasion. The program was anchored by Dr. Abhay
