Under the National ICT Award for School Teachers, the Jury meeting was organized during 5-11 February 2021.
The minutes have been nalized and signed by the members. The list of awardees has been sent to the
Ministry of Education for approval.

Under Organization of Festival, ICT Mela, contests of digital contents and coordination with States/ UTs the 25th
AICEAVF and 5th ICT Mela had 462 entries received for the festival under various categories. This year there are 5
categories: audio, video, byte size videos on learning outcomes, new media & ICT and digital games. These have
been further categorised under the 4 stages of schooling i.e. Foundational level, Preparatory level, Middle level and

Secondary level; as per the NEP 2020. Out of the total 462 entries, there are 65 entries for audio (14-Foundational,
17-Preparatory, 16-Middle & 18-Seconday), 252 video (60-Foundational, 57-Preparatory, 81-Middle & 54-Seconday),
55 for byte size videos on learning outcomes (12-Foundational, 11-Preparatory, 23-Middle & 9-Seconday), 67 for
new media and ICT (11-Foundational, 15-Preparatory, 22-Middle & 19-Seconday) and 23 entries for digital games
(13-Foundational, 2-Preparatory, 7-Middle & 1-Seconday). The entries will be assessed by a jury of experts and will
be nalised after the jury meeting. Judgment sheets (Category wise prepared) and Evaluation criteria were
prepared and preparation for jury meetings has been done. This includes Judgement sheet, Evaluation Criteria,
Coded folder for submitted entries. Invitation letters have been sent to jury members for the jury meeting.

In Development and dissemination of ETV Programmes through DTH – TV Network for Schools, 29 States
responded to the letter sent for starting DTH network. One channel for TE was ready for launch and the discussion
with BISAG was done on the same.
