i. Audio/Video Programmes submitted to AICEAVF must be suitable for children aged between 5 and 18. Programmes for teachers are separately acknowledged.
ii. Programme content should be creative, have broad appeal and demonstrate excellent artistic and technical skills.
iii. Content should speak positively to children of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
AICEAVF will not select programmes:
With excessive violence, sexual references, coarse language, use of substances or with content that advocates and supports racial, cultural, religious, or gender bias.
With technical glitches.
Which, if not in English/Hindi, are not subtitled or dubbed into English/Hindi.
Which are aimed primarily at an adult audience (Exception: Programmes for Teachers).
Entering your programme:
Fee for submitting a programme for consideration as part of All India Children’s Educational Audio, Video Festival (AICEAVF) is Rs. 200/-. You can submit an entry to AICEAVF by:
Downloading an Entry Form (one entry form per audio or video programme).
And submitting the following materials to the festival coordinator by January 8, 2010:
i. Two screening copies of the programme on CD/DVD clearly labelled with its title.
ii. All Video/Audio programmes not in English/Hindi must be subtitled or dubbed in English/Hindi.
iii. Ten copies of synopsis in English.
iv. Ten copies of script in English.
v. Ten copies of script in original language if different from English.

Please send your Video/Audio programmes for the Competition in the high resolution on CD/DVD format.
Deadlines
